Today could not have been more beautiful out for this snowy Boulder engagement session. Krystle and Bryson drove out here from Texas (were all from the same hometown of Allen, and I have known Krystle for quite sometime) and reached out about doing their engagement session while they were in town. I was so happy they came this weekend as I have been booked solid all month. Talk about perfect timing. I was SO excited to bring them to one of my favorite spots to capture some amazing photos of the two of them. I was not anticipating there being any snow, but we totally lucked out and had sunny weather, temperature in the 40s, and a beautiful blanket of white up at lost gulch. It was perfect.
These two are planning to have a summer wedding in Cancun, so they wanted to have their engagement session done in the beautiful mountains of Colorado. I think Chautauqua Park is one of my favorite locations in the area. The flatirons are absolutely stunning and make for the perfect backdrop for any session. It is also the perfect spot to start a Boulder engagement session. Its just a ten minute drive up the mountain to Lost Gulch Overlook. The perfect spot to end your session. Lost Gulch is the closest location to the city where you can get some of the most epic mountain views with minimal hiking.
I had the best time with these two. We even ended up the session with a good old fashion snowball fight. It was pretty rad, and I am so happy to have captured these moments for them.
